Best Buy Complaint - Lies, Corporate and Store Policy of Deciet
JOHNSON CITY, TENNESSEE -- I've had the worst customer service experience of my life at Best Buy in Johnson City, TN. After spending $11,000 on a plasma TV and a $1,000 contract for PREMIUM Installation, Best Buy sent amatuers to destroy dry wall in my new home and then spent six weeks before sending more amatuers in to fix it. Now, I'm trying to get Best Buy's installation subcontractor, Install's Inc. to pay for the $350 in painting I had to have done to cover up the damages and patching for the dry wall.
Brian, the store manager is not focused on serving customer complaints. Until I threated a lawsuit he would not return calls, lied on several occasions and had a general attituded that spoke to the corporate philosophy of confounding and confusing and frustrating customers, till they just give up and go away. DO NOT SHOP AT BEST BUY.
