Cricket Wireless Service Complaint - Cricket Wireless Internet Service

I bought a Cricket Wireless Internet card and attempted to return it within 30 days which is allowable per Cricket policy. The store I bought it from informed me that they did not allow refunds even though the Cricket store does. I found the store I bought the card from on the Cricket website but no where on the site did it mention that independent dealers are under no obligation to abide by Cricket company return policy. If you're going to buy a Cricket product or service only buy it from a Cricket store.

If you do buy a product forget about ever receiving the rebate. I have been trying for 6 months to get my rebate and have sent in all the forms twice. When I called in recently to find out where my check was I was told they still have not received my receipt which is crap as I have sent it in twice.

I'm sure that if research was done on how successful customers are in receiving advertised rebates it would be low.

I am cancelling my service and going with a more reputable company.
