this forum is a consumer vs employee venue..so where is it going to go?
DUNNELLON, FLORIDA -- This review applies to other AutoParts stores as well as this particular store. You walk into the store and you are in front of one of several associates. You begin to ask for an item or part, when the PHONE rings. Suddenly, THEY get ahead of you in line because, somehow the PHONE caller takes precedence to YOU, the customer, who IS standing there READY to buy. Suddenly the associate is no longer interested in whatever you came in to buy. They begin thumbing through countless catalogs of parts' books ignoring you, but paying close attention to the caller. Whats the Deal? Why Not tell the caller "one moment please, I am waiting on a customer"..That NEVER happens. There is one quick and effective remedy since there are autoparts stores on every corner nowadays. WALK OUT and NEVER patronize them again. Another point of customer comes from when autoparts have NO checkout. You find what you are looking for, come to the 'desk' where the associate IS already ON THE PHONE. once again, the remedy is quick and simple. WALK OUT and NEVER go back to that store, or their chain AGAIN, EVER. Don't these folks get the message. THE CUSTOMER STANDING IN FRONT OF THEM REALLY IS THE CUSTOMER.. NOT a potential caller on the phone fishing for parts without a part number. Even money says this has happened to you.
