Meijer.com Complaint - Will never order form Meijer.com again
I ordered from them on April 28, 2010. Their website said to allow 10 business days for delivery. My order is still "in progress". As of today it is 12 days and it still hasn't shipped, let alone been delivered. I have called customer service twice to inquire about why it is taking so long. During the second conversation I asked if they could contact the manufacturer and have it shipped express since I have been waiting for so long. She told me they couldn't change the shipping once the order was placed. What? Nobody there has the power to pick up a phone and ask that something be rushed... I don't believe it. Thus, this will definitely be my last order with them and I will tell all my friends to stay away from them, no matter how good their prices are. Not worth the hassle or the wait.
