Kohl's Compliment - Quick customer responses
I recently purchased a green comforter set online that had a list price of 161.00 (est). I was able to find a coupon code which gave me 15% off the total as well as getting free shipping.
The next day I reviewed the order online and saw the color was noted as blue. I viewed the set again and saw that it had decreased in cost quite a bit and that the color was identified as blue.
I sent a note to customer service and asked for two things: could I get the better price and to please confirm that I had ordered the set in the color displayed online.
Within a few hours I had a response from a person (as opposed to canned response) from someone who assured me I could get the better cost and I would be credited the difference within 30 days (it actually took less than 1 week) and that someone else would contact me about the color.
Within a few hours of that, someone else contacted me about the color an agreed the picture appeared more green than blue and that they would update the color online for others.
All told, I got the set for 101.00 and it was exactly what I had hoped for. Great customer service experience. So many times a canned response is returned that does not really answer your question.
