Travelocity.co.uk Complaint - Absolutely Terrible Service
Absolutely terrible service from Travelocity. co. uk.
I tried to book 3 flights - 12 hours after booking I received confirmation and tickets for 2, and an email rejecting my 3rd booking. Subsequently spent around 2.5 hours "on hold" to their expensive customer service line. Customer Service people were rude and not understanding. They informed me that they had in fact only issued 1 ticket. Despite my having 2 confirmation emails and tickets, and being charged for 2 flights, 1 of these bookings had been rejected but they didn't even tell me. I will apparently receive the refund in a few days. My credit card company have records of payment for 2 flights, but no refund.
When trying to cancel the 1 successfully booked flight which is useless to me without the others (less than 24hours after booking) I was told I would still have to pay £100 of the fee.
