Ge money bank Complaint - Closed account

WACO, TEXAS -- Sams club uses GE Money bank for their credit cards...Acouple of years ago Sams Signed me up for a advanced card... I didn't know at the time it was a discover card... They were supposed to close my current account..They did not...So two years later I purchased a camera online...To make a long story short they charged it to my old account
I didn't know this and kept up my payments while they were charging late fees on my account the was supposed to be closed...when I finally found out what was up they waived the late fee but when I went to Sams to pay it, I was evidently 1 day date and they added another late fee to a closed and paid account...
The customer service is sad to say the least... I will cancel all GE money bank cards and will not shop at Sams...San you say Cosco
