RK Chevrolet Complaint - RK Chevrolet Sales and Services Dept
VIRGINIA BEACH, VIRGINIA -- My family and I have purchased several cars over the years from RK Chevrolet. I have become more and more disappointed with the service they have provided in the sales and auto service department.
When I left the dealership from purchasing my new car in March 2002 I was under they impression that when my extended warranty kicked in that the only thing I would have to pay if anything happened was the deductible. The first time I had to deal with the service team on my current car for a repair they lost my automobile for the weekend. Needless to say the agreement doesn't cover half the things that the sales team implied. (Notice I said implied when I should say lied.) The first repair I had was not covered under the agreement and I had to pay $350.00 plus I had to pay for $150.00 a rental car on the weekend they lost my car. This was in March of 2004.
Now it is December 2004 and I have yet another repair. This repair is "suppose to be " under warranty.
I have to pay for $320.00. I have to pay for the flushing of various systems that are not under the agreement.
If I decide to buy another Chevrolet again it will not be from R.K.
By the way I very unhappy with the Enterprise Rental car service that they deal with they put me in a car that is not comparable to my car. When I called the Service department to tell them that my family could not fit in the car they provide he's response to me was, "What Do You Want Me To Do About It." In a rude statement not a question.
