Great Indoors/Sears Complaint - Beware of Great Indoors Delivery!!!!

I was supposed to have a refrigerator delivered Sunday 5/16/2010. I received call day before the scheduled delivery date that I have to empty my refrigerator before deivery I did that. guess what...They called to say that the delivery had been delayed. I spoke to Rich (24201) at 800 number and she said manufacturer did not send so we can not deliver it then I asked to talk to supervisor/manager on duty after 10 minutes holding I finally found it and got through, I was connected to someone with a heavy accent named James. He said all I can tell you is that there is a delay and you will receive a confirmation call. I asked him if the refrigerator will come today, he said just wait for the call. Urgghh!! So here I sit, not knowing if it is even coming today. I am very pleased with the in-store customer service, but the delivery is horrible!!!
