Samsung Electronics Co., Ltd. Complaint - SAMSUNG IS JUNK - RS2530BSH Refrigerator
You are taking a chance buying a Samsung product. I bought a Samsung Refrigerator and less than a year later it got so hot you couldn't touch it. It was a bad condenser fan. Samsung customer service did nothing but refer me to one of their rip off repairmen. I was charged over $200 to replace the fan. 8 months later the same problem is happening. I found the replacement fan online for $70 less than I was charged by the repairman. I will buy it and replace it myself. ( It takes 5 minutes and a phillips head screwdriver ) I was charged $85 labor to replace this part. I was told by SAMSUNG customer service that this was under warranty, but when I tried to get reimbursed I was told it was NOT covered. Samsung has their heads where the sun doesn't shine. I will NEVER buy another SAMSUNG product again. After a few weeks of arguing with their so-called customer service. I wrote the BBB in New Jersey. I then got a call from customer service with a different attitude and they sent me $100 in the form of a Best Buy gift card. Better than nothing..I Guess.
