JUST FLOWERS Complaint - WORST SERVICE - NO SERVICE

TAMPA, FLORIDA -- OH, THEY TOOK THE ORDER, BUT DIDN'T TAKE DOWN INSTRUCTIONS VERY WELL, FIRST. WHEN I CALLED TO CHECK ON THE STATUS OF THE DELIVERY THEY CLAIMED THAT THEY TRIED TO DELIVER AND THE 'PATIENT' WAS DISCHARGED. THE FLOWERS WERE NEVER GOING TO A 'PATIENT'. SO, WHILE BEING BILLED, THEY SAID THEY WOULD DELIVER FIRST THING IN THE MORNING THE NEXT DAY. AFTER RETURNING HOME FROM WORK, WHILE GETTING NO VERIFICATION, AS DIRECTED, OF DELIVERY, I CALL AND CONTINUALLY GET THE 'ANSWERING' SERVICE, WHO CAN'T HELP WITH ANYTHING. I RECIEVED AN E-MAIL SAYING THAT THEY COULDN'T DELIVER THAT DAY AND THEY WOULD ATTEMPT THE FOLLOWING DAY. IN THE MEANTIME, I'M THINKING THAT THESE FLOWERS ARE THREE DAYS OLD NOW. STILL NO FLOWERS - STILL NO WAY TO CONTACT ANYONE TO HELP ON THE PHONE. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL-ABSOLUTELY NO CUSTOMER SERVICE-BUT THEY STILL BILL YOUR ACCOUNT(NOW THE BANK HAS TO GET INVOLVED) TOTAL WASTE OF MY TIME! STAY AWAY FROM JUST FLOWERS!
