FTD Complaint - No Miles, No Courtesy, No Customer Service from FTD
DOWNERS GROVE, IL -- I ordered an expensive gift certificate which was promoted with over 3000 American miles. The gift certificate was delivered but the miles were never credited. I called about 10 times and wrote 4 e-mails. No one understood what to do or would help. I received 2 e-mails apologizing for the poor quality flowers! I never ordered flowers!
This is a sad commentary on FTD. Every customer representative I spoke with did not know FTD's business. They repeatedly asked me my name and address, but when I asked them if they were in the U. S, they said, "they were not to give that information." I've given up on ever receiving mileage credit but I will continue to tell the business community not to order from FTD.
