Wells Fargo & Company Complaint - Customer service is worthless
My daughter was traveling outside country and her Wells Fargo card was invalid. I tried calling customer service for 2 hourss with various numbers and my wife and I waited on hold for 20+ minutes each time we called before trying a different number.
When did get through, they would not help me since I was "not on the account" I told them the card did not work and this was an emergency since she was stuck in a country and could not get money for her Visa to enter. They would not work with me AT ALL.
I have worked for a credit card company in the past and we had whole departments to help our customers. They obviously have no such people.
Terrible customer service. Everyone should go to a credit union!
