Macy's East Compliment - Kudos to Majid - Menswear dept.

NEW YORK -- I recently was shopping for pants for my husband at Macy's in Colonie Center mall, Albany NY. I could not find a single pair longer than 32, and I needed 34. One employee told me that the store did not carry 34, except possibly in jeans. I was about to leave and shop elsewhere, when another employee asked if he could help me with anything. I told him that I needed 34 pants, so I guessed he couldn't help. This employee, Majid said " I can find them for you. What color do you need?" He checked the computer for stock, and went back to the stockroom, and found several pairs of pants for me to choose from. I ended up buying four pairs. Then he helped me choose shirts to go with them.
Majid was very helpful, friendly, and polite. He really took time to make sure I was a satisfied customer. He should be commended for this!
