Skoosh Complaint - Failed to transfer prepaid funds to hotel

The hotel staff was very helpful, friendly and accommodating. Skoosh's service, however, fell below expectations. The prepaid payment to Skoosh was not submitted to the hotel before my stay, nor at any time during my stay. I had to place an international call to Skoosh upon checkout to get them to release payment which I had sent a month prior. While I would definitely stay at the Hard Rock Hotel again, I would not use Skoosh.
