Spirit Airlines Complaint - Very bad spirited airline
After getting on the slowest shuttle bus we took a cab & ran to the counter. We were told by another airline that this company was mean spirited. The customer service from the management was terrible we missed our flight & we had prepaid for hotels, flights& and a expensive conference. All I can say is they will never again get my money. Delta here I come. A class action lawsuit is needed. Please make this company have a great spirt and love their customers.
