Comcast Corporation Complaint - It is better to have no Cable than to use Comcast Cable
I have found it better not to have cable than to rely upon Comcast. They are a triple threat with 1) poorly trained technicians, 2) unfriendly, dishonest customer service and 3) poorly trained support staff.
The technician drilled a hole in my house and dragged a cable line across my patio to hook up the cable after I told him there was undergound cable. It took 7 other technicians and 2 weeks to get this corrected and hook up the cable correctly in the house to receive an HD picture. The support staff changed the email address to my account and then cut off my cable when the notification went to an email address I was not aware of. But, the final straw was the customer support service. Between the poor training and the absolute dishonesty, I found that when I receive poor information, I could ask be to transferred to another support person and I could get a whole new story. Sometime it was just poor training and other time it was just a dishonest or rude answer. Either way, the service was never helpful or really friendly. Truly horrible, horrible organization.
