E-Faucets Complaint - Poor Customer Service - Lack of Honesty

Review by sewer_rat on 2010-05-17
WISCONSIN -- After waiting 5 weeks for the cabinet to arrive, I open it to find the mirror broken. Here's how I got to this point.

First; they didn't tell me that this was a "factory direct" shipment until I called 2 weeks after placing order to get the tracking# they said they would e-mail me. Then I was told sorry, it ships from the vendor.
Second; I told them This was being delivered to postal solutions, a business I use for receiving packages for me when I can't sit around and wait on deliveries and I asked if it's damaged would I still be able to get a replacement. "Sure they said, just call if you have a problem.
Third; Recv'd cabinet with broken mirror, called right away, sat on hold for 45min and was told we are fixing the problem and a replacement will arrive within 2 weeks. In between we will send you a e-mail with instructions on what to do with the broken unit.
Fourth; Today, 5-17-2010 I call looking for answers as 1 week has passed with no e-mail. I get told well we contacted you and told you we aren't responsible since pkg was signed for (see first issue), which they never did & later relize they only called Fed-Ex and left me out of the loop. Then I'm told I have to file a claim with Fed-EX to try and get my money back.
Fifth; This was supposed to be a factory direct shipment to ME. Yet E-faucets shipped it to another company via UPS then re-shipped it to me. Maybe if E-Faucets did have it shipped direct It would have been intact.

I will never buy a thing from this company again or any of it's affilliates. They don't take care of customers or even honor what they say they are doing.
