Empire Floors Complaint - Worst Customer Service Experience Ever

We hired Empire to carpet our entire town home. The price was shockingly high, and the installation experience was horrible. The installation crew arrived 2 hours later than scheduled and then proceeded to leave the job site for approximately 1 hour after only 1 1/2 hours of work. Worse still, they left carpet in the middle of the road outside of our townhome. We called Empire to complain, but were met with indifference. The carpet now buckles (due to poor installation). I might consider recommending Empire to an enemy, but on second thought even an enemy doesn't deserve the level of disservice that they would receive from Empire.
