Sprint Complaint - Run, run away. Far away
OK If you are thinking of Sprint DON'T I had signed up for there everything plan. 99.99 a month. Well first my bill was always $132 for some reason. Then I had four replacements in two months. That's right four blackberry's in two months. Every time the phones would die or just start doing things that they are suppose to do. I got to the point that I was just done. I told them to cancel the contract. Well that was back Nov, of last year. I just found out that they just canceled my contact this month and now trying to charger me $238 in late fee's. I will never deal with Sprint again.
I talk to them last night after find out about this. The problem is nobody knows what they are doing there. This is a joke of a company. I don't care how you put it. They keep saying that they are the best ! Well what they should be doing is looking at all the post about there customer care complaints and go from there maybe just maybe they would learn something about why they have all these complaints.
