MetroPCS Complaint - Excuses
LOS ALTO, CALIFORNIA -- Hello everyone - this is my story - after having a prepaid phone from an area code( 760)i needed to get a phone in my new city since I moved so I decided to buy a phone - to make the long story short the store assigned me a tel number that had been used before by someone else - all of a sudden I would get these calls from people I didn't give my number to or know - ( all Spanish speaking people)?????? at early and odd hours...
Try to call customer service - all you get are recordings, after hours on phone finally I get an agent who explains that yes.... this number was used before that the system gives the number from the pool. and if I want a new number (which I should have ) it would cost me a FEE. I BOUGHT A NEW PHONE BUT OBVIOUSLY NOT A NEW NUMBER ..... UNETHICAL AND DECEITFUL PRACTICES

DON'T FALL FOR EXCUSES -- PROBLEMS - OR CLAIMS FROM COMPANY
AS YOU ALL KNOW WHEN YOU WORK FOR A REPUTABLE COMPANY WITH ETHICS IF THE WORKER DOES NOT SOLVE PROBLEMS FROM THE CUSTOMERS - YOU GET FIRED ON THE SPOT NO ----...... EXCUSES
