MyPoints.com, Inc. Complaint - Redemption for gift certificates for MyPoints EARNED

NEWARK, CALIFORNIA -- I have been a loyal customer of Mypoints.com
for many years now. I placed three separate requests for gift certificates as follows

11/30/2000 Red Lobster $50/- Purchase
12/04/2000 REI $40/- purchase
01/04/2001 Chili's $10/- purchase.

In spite of several requests I still have not received the gift certificates. Additionally I have been told on at least three occasions that the gift certificates have been sent but which never seem to make their way into my mailbox. I have saved all the email
correspondence and would be more than happy to forward this to you if that would be of any help. All I want is what I feel is rightfully mine.

At the very least I would like a response from your company regarding this incident. Thank you for your time.

I've been a satisfied member of MyPoints for quite awhile. I've redeemed many, many rewards and whenever I redeem a reward, it shows up in my mailbox in less than a week.
I believe you that you are having trouble, but in my experience, it is very unusual.
In my view, MyPoints is a terrific company.

I have asked for and received many gift certificates from MyPoints. Sometimes it takes a while to get them, but all have arrive sooner or later.

Mypoints have been great the only thing I had an issue with was the gifts that I wanted at the time were out but I chose another which shoot its free who could ask for more.
