MARYLAND -- I suggest everyone stay far away from this bank unless you like your hard earned money stolen with "ligit" fee's. between the nickle and diming of retrieving your own money, the deposit holds, and re arranging transactions to ensure multiple overdraft fee's you will have nothing left. They also give no option to have your card declined if the funds are not available to you, why would they? at $37.00 a pop they are making bank no pun intended. I have printed out proof of how they sneakling steal customers money

Hasn't the 'rearranging' of withdrawals been changed since the so-called banking reform regulations have gone into effect? But, of course, there will be just as many complaints when transactions are denied because of NSF.

Actually nothing has gone into effect as of yet. They have until August to keep "legally"stealing from cutomers. If i didn't have the funds i wouldn't be complaining,. Banks could simply deny a transaction to go through if the funds are not available, however they would rather create a casading affect of overdraft fee's to maximize there revenue while they can

My error. I thought the new regs were in effect right now. However, I stand by my comment that consumers will complain when transactions are denied. In fact, I thought I had already read a complaint on M3C about this. I'm sure I must be mistaken...

True, there are people who will complain either way. My complaint however has proof to back up what they have done. If i don't have funds by all means my mistake. But when i know i have the funds and there receipt and online banking tell me i have the funds, and i end up with $300 worth of NSF fee's theres's a problem.
