Fisher Price Informative - Great customer service

FRANKFORT, ILLINOIS -- We purchased our swing in April 2004. Our daughter loves it so much, that the motor has burned out twice. Since the product was still under warranty, I called. They have sent a new motor twice. Granted, you don't want problems with products, but it's nice to know that if you do, the company helps you out.
