JetBlue Complaint - You can't cancel reservations
I purchased a ticket online. Two hours later, I tried to cancel the flight. I was told by the agent that you only have 4 hours to cancel and I had used 4 hours 30 minutes. What? I just bought the ticket. What a rip off. If I am a true blue member and they treat me this badly, imagine how they treat someone who isn't? Or do they treat everyone as poorly?
