Sears Complaint - Piece of Trash Riding Mower
Bought a new Craftsman riding mower from Sears. Immediately mower began to vibrate severely when mowing deck is engaged. Called service center, a million questions and a lot of implications that I caused the mower damage. Best appointment they can make.... 3 weeks fore they can get to it. Three days before appointment, they called to reschedule for the following week. The day before this appointment, they called to reschedule for the next morning (today). This morning they called to reschedule for this afternoon. An hour later they called to reschedule for tomorrow. I have paid $150 to get my grass cut and now I will most likely have to pay another $150 to get it cut today because tomorrow it is supposed to rain. This is very poor performance by Sears and is totally unacceptable. I DO NOT recommend Sears to anyone. I will never buy from Sears again!
