PENNSYLVANIA -- I recently purchased a dell computer through our employee discount program. There was an offer for zero percent financing which I applied for and was told I received. I purchased the computer, it arrived with no invoice or information, but we set it up and it worked. First bill I received was zero percent, so everything seemed fine. second bill, 25 percent finance charge, plus added on finance charge for last month! I made hours worth of calls to india, nobody understood me, and got nowhere. the next bill I received was 26 percent finance charge! They keep telling me I agreed to this, however can't produce a document to support this. This company provides no customer support, charges outrageous fees and has no way of resolving issues. When your customer service is in india, how are you going to prosecute or investigate them? If you are thinking of Dell, run, hide, and then go to best buy or anywhere else. I have never experienced such a horrible company ever.
