DANBURY, CONNECTICUT -- I was told when I purchased the bed it would not sink and get lasting indentations( ruts) . Within a few months, the bed started to sag, and was still under " warrranty".The mattress can't be flipped because of the way it is manufactured. It is comfortable, but very warm-too warm in the summer months. I was also sold a new bedframe to ensure the warranty, which I later found out I didn't need. They also didn't explain that the use of a heating blanket voids the warranty. I called the store and headquarters many times to discuss/or exchange with no return calls. If a different model would have solved my complaints, I would have been satisfied.
