Ikea Complaint - POOR QUALITY - IKEA CORNER WORKSTATION
The customer, you and me, has 90 days to return the product if defective. Funny, that after 1 year, the shelves, tabletop, or all in need or replacement. Hmn, when you venture back to the Hicksville store like I did, you are told to get a number and wait for customer service. That is one long wait. Finally then you are told, by Ikea customer care, you had 90 days to return it. Oh okay, can you sell me replacements parts. Guess what, the answer is NO! Then their is the so-called clearance area, where mis-matched items are located, for you to purchase. Then again was told by an employeee of that section, trying finding your parts here. The craftmanship is poor, the tabletop with its nice finish, is hollow, the shelves, and pretty much else are all made of particle board. You get what you paid for. Take the time and really shop around first. You get what you paid for today.
