Arby's Inc. Complaint - I did not get change back!
ROCKINGHAM, NORTH CAROLINA -- On Thursday, May 20, 2010 at 2:04:02 pm, I went through the drive through at Arby's. I had 22 dollars. I wanted to just use the 2 dollars, but the roast beef sandwich costs more. When I got to the window, I handed S $20.25 and she gave me the sandwich. I just pulled off forgetting all about my change. The sandwich cost $3.22. I am so busy working two jobs that I did not think about my change until that evening. I wanted to send my son to the store. That's when it dawned on me; I pulled off without my change. I would have let it go, but it was $17. That's not chump change to me. I work hard for my money. At that time, the manager who had been on duty and S were gone home. I called to receive this info. The next day, I talked to the manager. She informed me that S's drawer did not have an overage. Is that surprising? She stated that her drawer was short $3 and some change. Now how does that sound to you? She did not ring up my order at all evidently. She just pocketed the $20. Well, S you think you've gained $20 when in actuality you've lost something far greater:God's trust. If she'll take $20, she'll take more. I want everyone to be aware of this situation. I like Arby's, but Arby's of Rockingham will never get my business anymore.
