Delta Airlines Complaint - Outraged at prices and treatment of our military
My complaint is that we tried to change a flight that is booked on June 1st 2010 at 10.00am to may 31st at 10.00 am both flights where back to Syracuse New York back' to Fort Drum there was a mistake made at time of booking on the part of Johnathan the passenger by one day ..he bought a round trip ticket ...well any way we where going to pay the extra fee to change the ticket to may31st 2010 first on-line was 150.00 we tried to book it no luck so we call customer service she said it was 200.00 dollars still same day so we went back to on-line no luck still..would not let us book it said call customer service so we did again .at this time we where told 525.00 for 10:00 flight and 428.00 for later flight ..
when asked why we where told at this time we had to pay difference in ticket plus change fee.. so I asked about the military discount was told could not do anything with it unless it was at time of first booking...no help what so ever with customer service ..I e-mailed them a few times but only get read off statements.. I think that Delta is ripping off military and there families with the cost of flights they charge near bases..
my son and many others serve there county for our freedom and I think its a shame for that kind of treatment for anyone
