The flowers were ordered for delivery on Mother's Day. My 90 year old mother spent mother's day in her apartment where she lives alone waiting for her flowers. It makes me very sad. I am her only child and I live 3,000 miles away. This could possibly be my mother's last mother's day on Earth. My husband is recovering from an accident and the because I was(and still am) caring for him while he heals from surgery I was not able to travel to be with my mom. I was counting on her at least receiving her flowers for the holiday. FTD.com has not even bothered to deliver the flowers late. My mom got nothing and I only got an automated reply to my complain and subsequent request for a refund. Terrible customer service. I have wasted a lot of time, which I don't have much of, attempting to get the charges reversed. If any one want to send flowers, I recommend Amazon.com. With Amazon, delivery was on time and customer service was excellent.

It sounds like the flowers got through using Amazon. I sincerely hope your situation improves. I found two local phone numbers for FTD, Inc., 3113 Woodcreek Dr., Downers Grove, IL 60515: 630-724-6200 (listed on FTD.com website) and 630-719-7756 (listed in Downers Grove Yellow Pages) should you wish to let them know about this problem.
