Verizon/directv assn. Complaint - Wires crossed or no wires
MARYLAND -- Home phone out for the past month, off and on ..four  visits by repairmen..informed that problem is in home wiring, wiring at station, wiring at substationwiriring on pole ..home phone out at this time.. AGAIN !!
contracted thru Verizon to have direcTV HD installed first week of May '10--appointment made for 8 May was not kept .. mechanic showed on 15 May [raining] no work. 20 May two  mechanics showed. installed disc on roof, drilled hole in rear basement wall, ran wires across basement ceiling..finding out that a HD service was required man called office. they were informed to pick up HD equipment next morning and return to my house .. poorly English speaking person literally banged on front door. had in hand ; the exact same work order of the previous day ..Standard equipment !! being informed of an additional $100.00 charge because of extra visits I cancelled all.
now I have: disc on roof, wires across roof, fastened or not ? hole in rear wall, wires in ceiling, no HD service, no working house phone and a very bad headache from all of this goings on..
