21st Century Insurance Company Complaint - Getting the 21st cenury runaround in 21 steps
I have been a customer with 21st century for well over a year, they are a great company just as long as you don't have a claim. My car was hit by a hit and run driver one week ago. Since the claim was filed I have dealt with 2 claims adjusters and now the third one will call me on Monday believe me I will not be holding my breath waiting for that call. They have yet to make me any sort of offer yet they instructed me to sign over my car they either think I am crazy or just plain stupid. My policy expires in October which is n ot soon enough for me.
