Long John Silver's Restaurants Complaint - Disappointed To See This Was A LJS Is Such A Sad Shape - Long John Silvers
Long John Silvers - Complaint
My wife and I went to the Canton Travel Center (Canton, Tx) Grand opening.
We went into the LJS restaurant and was very disappointed to see how is was being managed. Tables not cleared. Tables with dead cockroaches on them, flies all over the place. The person working the register was calling an employee over from the A&W Rootbeer side to clean tables as she did not have time to do so. (This was not a true statement). She kept telling her six foot six, three hundred plus pound boyfriend that she was tired, hungry and thirsty and he needed to get up and get her something to eat and drink for her now. The retruarent was unclean, unkept, had to ask for eating utintels to eat with etc. This is the most unclean LJS we have been in. We had ordered a 12 piece fish plate. Three pieces were placed in one box and the other nine pieces was placed in another box. My wife opened the three piece box and I opened the 9 piece box (which we shared). The three piece box fish was cold, the 9 piece box was hot. (The cold fish was later replaced with hot fish). As we were leaving the person working the register (that was too busy to clean tables etc. was out front smoking and having a discussion with her boyfriend. I am quite sure she did not go and wash before going back to work. l

I have a very hard time believing anyone would willingly sit down to eat a place where dead cockroaches were laying on tables.

While, yes, some workers are actually lazy. Just because someone has time to say "Man today sucks." to someone doesn't mean they have TONS of extra time. When you saw her outside smoking, it was probably because she had to take a REQUIRED break. You don't get an option sometimes, management just goes... "Okay break now." and you go. Just saying.

I was very curious about Long John Silver's Lobster Tails at only $3.99. actually the taste was good, but my curiosity got the better of me, so I took the bread coating off of several of them, and low and behold what I found was actually very small shrimp!!!!!!!
How can this company advertise this as "Lobster"? it is NOT ! ! !
I hope some government agency shuts this fraud down, but then when EVER did a government agency do it's job??

Been here 2x and both times had problems, the first time we got precooked hard old ass fish. and the second we picked up and order for our office staff and when we got back to the office we were missing a box of food. I called and told them and was treated as if I was lying about it. well you've fooled me twice so that's enough for me. now I know why it's always vacant in this place. (They finally corrected the problem, which was me driving 20 minutes back out there)
