SCS Automation (Coreflex Software) Complaint - Coreflex Software

OAKS, PENNSYLVANIA -- I completely agree with the other poster's comment about this company's customer support. I have implemented a couple of other software programs with other companies I have worked with in the past and their implementation went very smoothly and was up and running within a 3 month period. I had my company purchase Coreflex in Oct 2008 after a consultation over the phone with a QuickBooks representative since we wanted to have a fully integrated inventory management system. That was the biggest mistake ever! From the beginning, trying to get customer support to assist us with setting up their software and the subsequent training was a VERY slow going process and to this day we have been unable to use the program. Since we only purchased the first year of support service, we went over that time frame trying to get setup and we are now stuck with a $2700 software program that cannot, and does not appear will ever be able to, be utilized.
