T-Mobile Complaint - T-Mobile Scam - Cell Phone
ALBUQUERQUE, NEW MEXICO -- I had a contract with T-Mobile from March 2007 to March 2009. It ended. I continued to go monthly and my wife and daughter got new phones. The T-Mobile salesperson asked my wife to sign for the phone. I have never received a copy of the contract and by contract law a contract is invalid if the party doesn't understand or get a copy. I cancelled my phone in August of 2009 and said good bye to T-Mobile. T-Mobile stated (Brian) of The President of T-Mobile's Complaint office 1-877-290-6323 Ext 8029. That he forcibly can put me back on the contract to collect any funds he wants. He said that he can collect the enormous early termination fees even if my contract ended in 2009. He definitely acted as if he's making up his own "screw the customer laws". He then hung up on me.
