Triangle Cables Orlando Complaint - Non-existent Customer Service

ORLANDO, FLORIDA -- I purchased a product from this company. It arrived very quickly. The product was a TOSLINK optical repeater. I wanted to try to use it to extend an IR signal to 50 feet over a TOSLINK cable. When I plugged it in, all it did was shoot a red light out of the output. PERHAPS this is what it is supposed to do and I may have purchased the wrong product. No big deal, right? Wrong!!!

For days I have been calling their phone number and all you get is a recording. I have said in every message that perhaps the unit is defective or perhaps I needed to purchase something different. In other words, here is a customer that might have been willing to spend MORE money. But, they have never responded to a single message. I have now sent an email for an RMA and hope to never do business with these people again.

I'll be interested to see if they actually respond to the return request. If not, I'll happily eat the $30 and do all I can to let as many people as possible know about the quality of their customer service.

Oh, and to Triangle...don't even THINK about threatening me with a lawsuit. You can't Win and that simply costs you more customers.
