Magic Jack Complaint - Magic Jack Is Not Compatiable - Phone Service Through Computer

Don't believe the "Over" advertised sell. Purchased MJ to rid myself of high AT&T bills. Worked at first with minimum intruption, (never was satisfied with sound quality). When my, fairly new HP lost it's bowels.. I sprung for a newer version HP. Not a fan of the new version of Windows 7 (forget the name right now).. but even so.. the sound quality is not as pristine as advertised.
When I replaced my HP.. I never did get the MJ to work.. time and time again.. I had their staff invade my computer to figure out what was the issue. After months of brain swapping w/ the "so many techs involved" this issue has never been resolved. What pizzed me off was.. I invested another $10 dollars for a new hook up.. DOES NOT WORK>. This jack off company would not give me a coupon for my year renewal or a discount of any sort.
I don't recommend anyone to invest in this "over~rated technology.

Hmmmm..I use both MagicJack (and all of my OS's are older) and Vonage, without many issues. Overall, I'd have to say that I prefer Vonage.
I *did* once have a problem with mj telling me that I wasn't dialing a number that exists, which was complete BS.

My SIL has Magic Jack. Reception is so poor when she calls us that she has to revert to using her cell phone for us to hear anything she says.
