Extra Baggage - Complaint
I was deceived by this Airline Co. They made an offer for extra baggage and did not honor their offer. They made me pay over $520 when the offer was less than $150.
They said that the offer was terminated and I had to knwo, they did not have to contact me to let me decide if I agree or not.
Customer service was very indifferent and belittling to me as a customer, reminding me every now and then that I am only an economy class passenger.
They should be ashamed. Don’t fly with them.
They made me stay on the line for over 38 minutes (forst time) and had no supervisor. They said they will call back, they never did.
Second time I called, they made me wait more, and suggested I leave my baggage behind. (obviously they were mocking).
I would rather swim next time through the Atlantic tnan fly with Virgin Atlantic.
