I totally agree with most people who say GMAC is stupid, they are also extremely frustrating to deal with. I have been trying to get hold of a person here in the U.S. for months and it is absolutely impossible. Every time you call their number, no matter what number, a person answers in the Philippines. They sit at a desk with a script and anything beyond that script is Marsian to them. I totally refuse to speak with them anymore but can you get a number from them in the U.S. any number, NO?

After being a customer of GMAC for more than twenty years, I can honestly say like many that I will NEVER deal with them again, it is no wonder the car industry in this country is in such trouble. GMAC, whomever runs your company with their private jets and hidden behind closed doors attitude, you ought to be ashamed of who you are and what you do. I find it so hard to believe that corporate executives can get away with so much and laugh all the way to the bank while passing the buck on to idiots in a far off land because they refuse to give jobs to Americans. All I can say on behalf of thousand who despise GMAC, good riddance to them, they are not worth the time of day.
