Jaguar Land Rover of Bellevue Complaint - Ignored Again - Factory Service Notice

BELLEVUE, WASHINGTON -- I made an appointment to have a program update performed on my 2010 LR4 (great car) and checked in for what was supposed to be a short visit. Upon arrival I game my name to the receptionist who informed me that I would be greeted shortly by my service advior, Steve. 25 minutes later I went to the receptionist to complain that I still hadn't been contacted. She had been 15 feet from me the whole time but claimed that she thought I had been helped ( I was the only person in the waiting area). Steve then came over to help me appologizing that he hadn't been told I was waiting.

This is the second time I've had this experience at this dealership and I've seen the same thing happen to others. I would never buy another vehicle from this dealer. He has no concern for post-sale service.

Next time I would stand at the reception desk so they would realize that I hadn't been helped.
