Verizon, FIOS, internet service the tech support Complaint - Verizon frustration
LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA -- I have had Fios internet service for the last several months. We are constantly losing the internet connection. We have a lap top, iPad and PC connected. The only one with internet connection at this moment is the PC.
I call repeatedly for tech support and wait on the phone, deal with the automated questions over and over, just to be told they cannot process my call so call back another time. This is the worst tech support I have experienced from any business---There is no tech support. I
am quitting FiOS and Verizon. A major rip off!
