Verizon, FIOS, internet service the tech support Complaint - Verizon frustration - FIOS, wifi, internet

LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA -- I have had Fios internet service for the last several months. We are constantly losing the internet connection. We have a lap top, iPad and PC connected. The only one with internet connection at this moment is the PC.
I call repeatedly for tech support and wait on the phone, deal with the automated questions over and over, just to be told they cannot process my call so call back another time. This is the worst tech support I have experienced from any business---There is no tech support. I
am quitting FiOS and Verizon. A major rip off!

I agree, it is about the worst service I have encountered anywhere. Their phone system is there to keep you out!

Having used Verizon for my home phone and the internet, I found it was good for many years, but then suddenly it all changed. As good as it use to be, it got as bad as it could be. My house phone and internet service was constantly out, and it would last as long as a week. Due to this I switched over to cable for my whole house, and had only an outage during the last big rain storm.

I still have Verizon for my cell phone, but now I am finding their help is getting the same as the phone and internet service. Right now I am looking into finding another carrier for my cell phone.
