HSA Complaint - HAS is terrible - Use American Home Shield!!!!

WISCONSIN -- HSA is terrible. Our blower motor went out on 5/14/10. the unit is 5yrs 1 month. HSa spent 2 days trying to get Carrier to pay for claim since it just out of warranty. 2 days later they ordered the part. I was told 5-7 business days before it arrived. Its the 7th day and got a call saying 3 more business days. Best case I am without AC for 21 days total in May going into June.

I even told them I have a child with Asthma when I intially called and they don't care. They do not want to pay for anything. Instead of ordering the part and getting it expidited they are concerned with cost first. This is the WORST company that I have evr dealt with.

I would use American Home Shield!!!!
