Wells Fargo & Company Complaint - JOB INTERVIEWS
I applied for a job at wells Fargo. I called the 888 number listed in their email. After the screening they offered 3 dates for an interview. Unfortunately, I had other arrangements on the same dates so I asked for few hours to reschedule in order to be able to get an interview at Wells Fargo. So I called the 888 number few hours later and they said that all the interview dates offered are no more available! What bothered me most is the HR representative that replied the call. He was so unprofessional. He could not even provide exact information to 2 simple questions, the location & the duration of the interview! Son when I insisted to get the information, the only information I got is that an interview might take from an hour to 4 hours! Do they expect the candidate to be available to show up for an interview at any place and with no definite time! I wonder if Wells Fargo customers have to wait for a transaction hours before it can be processed.
