Rhino Construction Complaint - Rhino Construction crew does NOT know how to build a fence

Review by screwedcustomer on 2010-05-28
GARLAND, TEXAS -- I received a quote to construct over 120 ft. of fencing- I accepted the bid based on the fact he said his crew had a lot of experience building fences-WRONG- the crew took 2 weeks, asked for pay before the job was completed- it is the WORST workmanship I have ever seen, he got paid and DID NOT finish the job, I tried to contact him several times with no luck

I'm just curious, as to why you paid him in full, before he finished the job? Now he has no incentive to come back and correct the problems you described.

Take him to court.

You have two complaints about bad worksmanship. Let me guess: you hired the contractor who submitted the cheapest bid, weren't around to monitor the project, and paid before the job was finished. You made a lot of mistakes, and unless you can get some satisfaction in court, you have now gained some valuable insight for what not to do in the future.

My wife and I used this company and we were extremely happy from the estiamte process thru the fence building part of it and the end result was far more than we expected..They went above and beyond to please us..The price for what we got was also very low compared to others. This Rhino construction is located out of Garland. Just curious if its the same?? Oh well, sorry for your experience. we looked into this company before we signed and there wasn't anything negative that we could find. Just felt the need to say something about them due to the positive experience we had.
