Vitacost.com Complaint - In Stock or Back Order - You Decide?
I will NOT be using this company for buying my supplements. Over the years the service has just gotten worse and worse until I have decided to take my business elsewhere. I would rather pay a little more and not have to wait forever to get my order. I have ordered many times from Vitacost.com and more than half my orders were broken down and many items back ordered. This would be fine if the site itself told you that upfront. However, what happens is that you pick the item, you're shown on the site that it is in stock, and then about a week to 10 days later, you're sent an email telling you that they shipped some of your order, but a few items had to be back ordered and you probably won't get them for at least 30 days. Meanwhile, I didn't order from any other site, because Vitacost.com showed clearly that my items were in stock! I have cancelled my last "back order" and will NEVER use this site again. LOUSY delivery and FALSE information!
