Travelocity Complaint - Customer Service, sure.
I made a reservation for a motel for two nights, found that I could only stay the second night, called Travelocity and found the reservation was non-refundable but could be changed, changed the reservation with the hotel, arrived the second night and found that my reservation was canceled. Later I find that the motel could not change the reservation and that Travelocity was responsible for cancelling my second night. I was offered the chance to pay for a 3rd night to stay at the hotel, which was insulting.
Travelocity's customer service was scarcely service, at all. I got incomplete information from a supervisor in a phone message, after waiting on hold for 15 minutes. Their representatives were full of long, complicated, self-serving explanations, completely without any empathy for a customer's problem. No sense of serving the customer at all. I won't deal with them again.
