Shopko express Complaint - Rudeness/unhelpful - pharmacist

DE PERER, WISCONSIN -- Checked on my prescription told to early to fill the script stopped in a week later and now they do not have a prescription on file for me. The pharmacist rolled her eyes and shrugged her shoulders and said she could not help me. Also tried to figure out why I did not get my receipt for my 10th prescription for my rewards card and my $10.00 certificate told there was nothing she could do. I finally asked to talk to a manager and was told she would be right with me another car pulled up at the drive through and was told to move ahead or she would call the police on me. Evidently I was no longer a customer or not a customer she was interested in helping.

Something like this, you really need to go inside and speak to someone. I understand you would like answers from them, but holding up the drive through is not helpful. Them asking you to please move up, was not an unreasonable request, since they could not help you at that moment.

Go inside and speak to the manager, voice your complaints in person. Then show them your empty RX bottle. This should show them you have prescriptions with them. They may have entered the wrong RX number, and that's why they can't find you in the system. Also, does this place allow you to order your refills over the phone? That's the best way to do it, saves you time and you'll know when it's ready for pick up.

If all else fails, get your Rx's filled somewhere else, that will appreciate you as a customer.

Shopko has a corporation problem stemming from headquarters. They are shipping all their computer IT jobs to India and outsourcing work. If staff complains they will not get severance. They have to sign their lives away, promising not to "rat" on unfair labor practices. I will not support companies who outsource jobs. My pet peeve is support staff who can not speak English.
