Sears Complaint - Customer Service Please via E-mail
FLORIDA -- I would just like to email Sears with a question regarding a rebate that I should have received back in March at the latest of 2010. But have not been able to find such dept on the web, that may be my folly, since I am not that computer savvy. While in Florida during the winter, had to get a new bed, got it at Sears. Suppose to get a $75 rebate, if I sent in ppr work, (couldn't do it online - had no computer) did the mail thing. Mailed it week of Feb 15th. Did leave March 18th. So my question is how can I e-mail Sears with a question as to how to get my rebate? There all all kinds of sites for online rebates, but nothing for just asking questions. Sears don't you have a online customer service department?
